Insurance Services Office, Inc. seeks a Sr. Engineer - Enterprise Applications in Jersey City, NJ (telecommuting permitted)Job duties: Manage PeopleSoft HRMS suite of applications, environments and ancillary systems and integrations. Participate and lead junior developers/analysts/contractors in the requirements, design, development, test, and deployment phases of ERP and integrated systems solutions. Provide operational support for all environments within your technical group as well as escalation support for junior engineers. Participate and play a key role in the organization's long-term ERP strategy including cloud migration. Engage with business partners and leads within functional areas to gather requirements and provide operational support. Measure all environments within your technical group for adherence to enterprise standards and best practices and assist with remediation and optimization. Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for technical design, implementation and problem resolution. Provide design guidance and support to business partners to enable optimal usage of selected technologies and solutions. Introduce new technologies through documentation, training, recommendations, or proof of concepts. Develop and maintain scripts, automated processes and documentation for repeatable design patterns, to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time. Participate in the management of technical programs and projects through all phases of execution. Ensure compliance to corporate security, audit and risk management policies. Ensure documentation of architectural components, systems, integrations and processes. Telecommuting Permitted. Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field plus 5 years of related experience. Requires 5 years of experience in the following: 1) PeopleSoft HRMS including Core HR, Benefits, payroll, Time and Labor and Self-Service; 2) HR system migration; 3) PeopleSoft PIA, PeopleTools, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Upgrade/Change Assistant; 4) Oracle SQL, PS Query, SQR and PS Security; 5) Customer service including experience interfacing with all levels of stakeholders; 6) Software solutions, customer-centric products, and utilizing SDLC processes; 7) PeopleSoft in a SOX-regulated organization.$179,982 to $184,982 per year.
