Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.DUTIES: Responsible for the execution of KPIs, trend analysis, dashboards, and analyses including segmentations, optimizations, and other techniques to improve business function performance. Partner with stakeholders to develop strong understanding of business drivers and underlying data. Collaborate with business owners to formulate quantifiable goals and advise on strategies and experimentation to achieve business goals. Collaborate across functions to drive analytics, insights, and execution. Improve and assess processes and controls in support of business results. Partner with the modeling, survey, and other Center of Excellence teams as needed. Build strong relationships with clients. Develop automated data process flows for the development of monthly dashboards used by business stakeholders across work streams.REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Mining, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analyst (IT), Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Mining, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Quantitative Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Analyst (IT), Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. Requires experience in the following: TeraData SQL; data analysis using Python; creating dynamic and interactive reporting applications using Tableau; performing ETL; performing cross-channel analytics with Adobe Analytics; delivering analytics and insights to multiple levels of management; business strategy and tactical implementation.Employer: JPMorgan Chase & Co.
