Your Role

Our Global Sea Logistics Customer Engagement Specialist position plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing our company’s strategic vision. Your key responsibilities would include crafting engaging content, interacting with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintaining consistent communication across diverse channels. Your goal is to advance Kuehne+Nagel’s strategic objectives related to our Global Sea Logistics Sea Logistics business unit.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies aligned withKuehne+Nagel’s future objectives

  • Craft messaging strategies to boost engagement, increase exposure, and guidepotential customers through the sales cycle

  • Create compelling collateral showcasing Kuehne+Nagel’s products and offerings(including presentations, case studies, blogs, and social posts)

  • Organize communications for industry-specific events and trade shows

  • Identify and build long-term relationships with target audiences

  • Network with industry experts and potential customers to drive brand awareness

  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events

  • Assist in organizing customer-facing sea logistics events, providing on-site event support as needed

  • Conduct data analysis, manage vendors, and assist with product procurement

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Bachelors degree in Communications or other relevant degree

  • Strong understanding of freight forwarding and Sea Logistics is preferred

  • 3+ years experience in employer branding

  • 2+ years project management, particularly related to social media campaigns and customer engagement initiatives

  • 1+ years experience in vendor management (negotiating agreements, pricing, and procurement) and coordinating vendor payments

  • Experience with editing platforms like Canva, Adobe, etc

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
