Your Role

We are seeking a talented Design Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel to bring our brand to life through dynamic visual content. In this role, you’ll create innovative designs that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate our visual identity. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all media, playing a key role in shaping impactful campaigns that drive engagement and support our company’s growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Craft compelling visual narratives that capture the essence of our brand and communicate complex ideas in a simple, engaging manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence.

• Uphold the highest standards of visual execution, ensuring consistency and innovation across all media and campaigns.

• Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ideate and execute designs that resonate with our target audiences and support our marketing objectives.

• Stay abreast of the latest design trends and technologies, incorporating them into our brand strategy to keep us at the forefront of the industry.

• Maintain the integrity of our brand identity across all platforms, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with our brand values and messaging.

• Creative Video Editor and Content Creator to producehigh-quality video content, collaborate on ideas, and stay updated withindustry trends. Proven experience in video editing, proficiency in editingsoftware, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelors Degree: Visual communications or graphic design

• Project Management Experience: 3+ years

• International Experience: 3+ years

• Design agency or in-house department: 3+ years

• Experience with video editing

• Mastery in industry-standard design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma, with the ability to adapt to new technologies swiftly.

Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
