Duties and Responsibilities:

• Wipe down all common area appliances

• Sweep and mop all common area hard floors

• Vacuum common area floors and stairwells

• Clean all common area windows (interior and sills)

• Clean all common area doors inside and out

• Sweep entrance areas into all buildings

• All baseboards

• Empty common area trash cans

• Clean all building laundry areas (to include exterior of washer/dryers, all flooring in and around laundry area)

• Clean the Leasing Office: dusting, mopping, vacuuming, bathroom, all glass surfaces.

• Pick up around property grounds on daily basis - keep office aware of any on-going problem areas so that residents can be notified.

• Cleaning/ touching up of vacant apartments at turn as determined by Property Manager.
