Allegheny Health Network’s (AHN) Pediatric Institute is actively recruiting a Newborn Nursery Hospitalist to join provide support across our Pittsburgh Area Hospitals!

JOB HIGHLIGHTS

  • Regional float physician providing newborn nursery hospitalist coverage at AHN Jefferson, Forbes and West Penn Hospitals, each offering in-house neonatal care.

  • Career development and possible teaching opportunities.

  • Daylight working hours with rotating weekend schedule.

  • Overnight on-call coverage by our Pediatric Hospitalist Team.

  • Not required to provide delivery coverage.

  • Exceptional support staff within a collegial environment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be board certified/eligible in Pediatrics

  • Obtain a Pennsylvania Medical License

  • DEA, PALS and CPR Certified

  • Current PA MD licensure in good standing; current unrestricted DEA certificate

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum

  • PhD/MD Graduate of accredited medical school with degree of Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)

  • Completion of accredited residency and fellowship if required by specialty

  • Current PA MD licensure in good standing; current unrestricted DEA certificate
