Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Lead Engineer – Urban Planning to join our team! In this role you will get to play a pivotal role in the technical aspects of detailed Masterplanning for a large-scale land development project.

The lead Engineer - Urban Planning collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of engineering principles, urban design, and sustainability initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Provide technical leadership in the development and implementation of comprehensive Masterplans for large-scale mixed-use land development projects, integrating urban design principles, infrastructure requirements, and sustainability goals.

• Collaborate with architects, landscape architects, environmental consultants, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive urban design strategies.

• Conduct feasibility studies, site evaluations, and cost estimates to inform decision-making processes.

• Utilize advanced software tools to produce detailed engineering drawings, site plans, and conceptual designs.

• Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and proposals to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations effectively.

• Any other activities associated with the role.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Architecture.

• Minimum of 18 years of experience in urban planning, civil engineering, or a related field, with a focus on large-scale land development projects.

• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from concept through completion.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS software, and other relevant design tools.
