Jay Peak Resort Barista - Winter 24/25 in Jay, Vermont
PART-TIME or FULL-TIME | SEASONAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE

The Barista prepares and serves espresso-based and other coffee drinks, food or other beverages to guests by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (include the following, other duties may be assigned)
Processes orders in Point of Sale and serves customers in a professional, energetic and friendly manner.
Accepts payment, processes credit cards, room charges, discounts and cash.
Itemizes and totals check for service or totals takeout transaction on cash register and accepts payment.
Prepares coffee, espresso, take-out sandwiches, smoothies and salads.
Stocks and replenishes condiments, plastic wear and napkins.
Restocks display case and maintains rotation of stock.
Assists manager or supervisor in transferring stock from freezers/refrigerator.
Cleans counters, ovens, refrigerators and display cases.
Sweeps and mops floors.
Other duties as assigned by supervisor, which could be directly related, or unrelated to original position.
OTHER SKILLS & ABILITIES
Excellent customer service skills required.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
