This position earns a competitive hourly rate of \$15.50/hr and is a seasonal part-time position running from May/June through August. Responsibilities: Provide support to youth participants who have disabilities Have availability to work during youth program operations which run from 8 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work with Aptiv team members to help youth reach personal goals and help them increase independence by teaching social and life skills. Work one-on-one and in small groups with youth participants. Be able to teach emotional regulation skills, coping skills, and anger management strategies. Have the ability to follow individualized service plans for each youth participant. Be consistent, have excellent communication, and be able to keep up-to-date and accurate documentation. Can you concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously? Are you calm but quick to respond?
