JOB REQUIREMENTS: Overview Manages, supervises, and coordinates the operations of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors and staff. Responsibilities Essential Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for planning, directing and supervising all operations of the Mercy Regional Cancer Center. Recruits, trains and evaluates clinic management and supervisory staff. Develops, implements, and evaluates the Cancer Center policies, goals, and objectives to ensure delivery of quality care, efficient operations and compliance to regulations of all regulatory agencies so that the Mercy Health System\'s Mission, Vision and Values are fulfilled. Participates in the development and modifications of Cancer Center programs. Interprets and enforces department and institution policies. Participates in the development and monitoring of the Cancer Center budget. Participates in appropriate clinic and Health System committees. Investigates and resolves complaints, or refers unusual problems to superior. Works closely with Director in developing and implementing strategic policies. Maintains continuing development and implementation of the Cancer Center QA & I program. Performs other duties as assigned.
