We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst near Janesville, Wisconsin. In this role, you will be participating in various projects, leveraging your skills in business and data analysis. You will also be working in a hybrid environment, contributing to both business and IT-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in upcoming projects, focusing on areas that align with your strengths

• Utilize your strong data analysis skills to extract insights and inform project decisions

• Collaborate with a team of administrators and project managers in a dynamic, project-focused environment

• Contribute to the transition from Mainframe to ERP, which has been a recent focus for our team

• Engage in IT project management, employing methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile

• Assist in gathering requirements and documenting test plans for various projects

• Conduct test cases to ensure the effectiveness of solutions and systems

• Identify opportunities for growth in Agile practices within the team

• Maintain a strong collaboration with IT managers, who have taken on the Scrum Master role in the team.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the Service industry

• Proven expertise in Business Analysis

• Strong IT project management skills

• Familiarity with Waterfall and Waterfall Agile methodologies

• Experience in Gathering Requirements

• Proficiency in creating Test Cases

• Ability to Document Test Plans effectively

• Demonstrated skills in Data Analysis

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
