Terminal Director for Villa Restaurant Group - JFK Airport

Villa Restaurant Group is excited to announce the opening of our new dining concepts at JFK Airport in Queens, NY. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Terminal Director to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple restaurant concepts within JFK Airport

• Ensure exceptional guest experiences through efficient service and high-quality standards

• Manage and mentor a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment

• Implement strategic initiatives to drive sales and enhance profitability

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and airport regulations

• Collaborate with corporate and airport management to align goals and objectives

  What You'll Need:

• Proven leadership experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Familiarity with airport operations is a plus
