Fedcap Sr Processor Level II in Jamaica, New York

Essential Functions:

  • You will act as a point of contact and subject matter expert as a Sr. Processor II

  • You will provide accurate and timely information and meet the customers’ needs through problem resolution. You will demonstrate flexibility, adaptability and comfort with ambiguity and responsiveness to meet the customer’s needs.

  • You will research and resolve both routine and complex document management scenarios. You will monitor and process complex rush requests., You’ll also research, resolve and document processes and procedures relating to general issues/concerns.

  • You will proactively identify, recommend, and champion service and process improvement and assist in researching and implementing Improvements to provide a better customer experience.

  • Document prepping and scanning with in client guidelines and production goals.

  • Organize documents according to classification and category

  • Archiving, retrieving and distributing filed documents on request.

  • Manage document control process in accordance with procedures and instructions.

  • Performs quality control on work assigned

  • Performs high volume of document scanning

  • Focuses on accuracy when batching documents

  • Performs rescans on bad images

  • Verifies work on index fields

  • Conducts final audit before work is sent to customer

  • Data entry with little or no errors

  • Strong client engagement. Partners with clients on projects making recommendations for a smoother solution.

  • Lead projects as required.

  • Requirement of the position : Employee works at different customer locations as required by the client.

  • Assigned special projects that are difficult and time sensitive.

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Communicate with managers and staff to resolve questions on a timely basis.

  • Interact with employees in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner.

  • Work as a team member in meeting the needs of the company and customer.

  • Organize and maintain file system, both paper and electronic.

  • Working knowledge of Software: Kofax, Paperflow, or Google docs

  • Proven track record for excellent work at various Fedcap sites

  • Ability to work with little or no supervision

  • Ability to handle high volume of batch work with minimal errors

  • Proactive, multitasker who can excel in a high -paced environment

  • Punctual, accurate and efficient

    Education: High School Diploma

    Experience:

  • 3-5 Years’ of Client Customer Support and Operations experience aligned with the responsibilities of this position.

  • Experience with data entry, imaging, and data capture experience a must.

  • Experience working with high speed scanner, large format scanner, booking scanner machine, or custom program tools

  • Excellent organizational skills with he ability to prioritize workload and multitask while maintaining strict attention to detail.

  • Working knowledge of Kofax, Paper flow or google docs software preferred or some related experience

  • Proven track record of handling high volume of work, team player
