Assist the supervisor with scheduling and training of staff Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner. Utilize extensive knowledge of products and services to enhance the guest experience. Ensure the highest quality customer service standards with integrity and respect. Foster teamwork, open communication, and safe work practices. Operate POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards. Remain calm and focused while multitasking under pressure. Assist with food preparation and cooking as needed. Participate in opening and closing procedures, following company checklists. Monitor stock levels, merchandising, and inventory in coordination with supervisors. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in food and beverage services. Cross-train in various areas of the business to provide support where needed. Uphold all company safety policies and core values. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in Food and beverage Services Expected to cross-train in various areas of the business and provide support as needed to fill in for other roles such as food prep, customer service etc. Monitoring day-to-day operations in the Caf department. Lead, mentor and train the Cafe team to deliver excellent meal and beverage experiences to guests. Interact and engage with Cafe guests and maintains high quality service and food safety standards Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team spirit (or team cohesiveness) Handle guest complaints effectively and professionally Proactively drive Guest Engagement and motivate the team to engage with guests. Handle complaints and make effective service recovery Ensure high-quality food and drinks are delivered at all times. Regularly inspect food & beverage quality. Ensuring full back-ups, replenishments and product availability at all times while maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the whole Cafe area. Coordinates with Kitchen Team on product availability and menu update Monitor inventory levels (storage), ordering/breakages & wastages Ensure that all staff receive consistent and proper communication. Manage organization and cleanliness of the area by conducting daily/weekly walk-throughs as per companies food safety and hygiene standards. Monitor Cafe's performance with respect to budgets and P&L. Review performance record and staff assessment to promote growth and development Delegate work assignments tasks schedules Assisting Manager on any required tasks Fill in as necessary when required Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in Food and Beverage services. Perform other related duties Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, and consistently embrace and exemplify the company's core values in all aspects of work. Previous customer service experience and training. Minimum of 2 years in a similar role. Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for food and service excellence with a strong understanding of beverage standards. Exceptional customer service skills, with a warm and friendly demeanor. Excellent communication and social skills; fluency in English required. Demonstrated commitment to safety and hygiene practices. Ethical and professional conduct, maintaining the highest integrity in all responsibilities.
