Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Main liaison between ULM and agency for Promodiser project.

• Key contact person for any human resource planning, job-related matters.

• Randomly monitor tracking system (daily reporting system).

• Plan necessary coaching (field visit coaching or group training).

• Monitor discipline and work ethics make sure all SOP is followed.

• To conduct monthly WIP meeting with ULM, Team Leader.

• Continuous to drive project effectiveness and productivity.

• Having Weekly Meeting with Team Leader and Admin (review on Region Status, Sales, or any issue).

• Analyze on BI to identify opportunity and minimize gap.

• Review performance with team and make sure KPI sets are met.

   

Academic Qualification(s):

Candidates must possess at least SPM or above.

Work Experience / Skills Requirement(s):

• Able to speak fluent Malay and English, mandarin will be an advantage.

• Work as operation department before.

• A team player.

• Able to start work on early of July 2022.

   

Salary Range: RM 4,000 - RM 5,260
