MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

ACHIEVE FINANCIAL & MARKET SHARE TARGETS:

  • Drive profitable market share growth in the region

  • Meet Volume Sales, Gross & Net Sales targets

  • Attain Gross Margin and BOI targets, managing P&L effectively

  • Monitor and adjust strategies to ensure financial objectives are met

MANAGEMENT OF TRADE MARKETING ASSETS & POSM MATERIALS

  • Liaise with the Brand & Innovation Marketing & sales team to deploy all necessary POSM in the channels and develop and roll-out any other Trade assets.

  • Drive the execution and roll out of the Perfect Store Account Program across the channels.

  • Track and monitor investment vs Budget.

MONITORING, EVALUATION & IMPROVMENTS OF ACTIVATIONS IN THE CHANNEL

  • Evaluate and assess effectiveness and ROI for all Trade Marketing tactics and/or assets with the support of the RGM & Performance Analytics.

  • Complete an evaluation on all activities to capture learnings and demonstrate the implementations of learnings against future investments through detailed analysis to improve sales, trade spend, product mix, efficiency, etc.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities.

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in Trade Marketing/Sales with background in Consumer goods and/or Consumer Healthcare and awareness of retailers’ business strategies to be able to find opportunities for joint collaboration.

  • Previous experience in a matrix organization preferred.

  • Able to read and interpret sales data (IMS, Offtake, etc.)

  • Executional excellence and leadership in driving channel growth in local market

  • Strong project management & analytical thinking

  • Creativity and problem-solving skills

  • Team spirit, persuasiveness & influence, highly collaborative with all cross functional partners

  • Ability to be flexible and adapt quickly to changing strategies and priorities.

  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal, especially in groups, preparing and delivering presentations.

  • Fluent in English
