Roles and Responsibilities

• Handles all wing-to-wing tax reporting and tax accounting processes including forecasting, tax provision, compliance and settlement.

• Develop and implement effective tax strategies, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

• Mentor and coach team members to enhance tax knowledge and operational efficiency.

• Operate with some autonomy, primarily executing activities and providing advice within a structured functional framework.

• Utilize professional judgment while seeking senior-level guidance when necessary.

• Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.

• Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree majoring Accounting/ Taxation

• Having minimum 8 years of experience in taxation with tax consultant experience is preferred

• Must have brevet A & B certificate

• Familiar with SAP & related system

• Advanced knowledge of taxation (corporate income tax, withholding tax & value added tax) regulation and in tax application (efaktur, ebupot, etc)

• Fluent english communication skill (verbal and written)

• Strong business sense, strategic thinking and data analysis ability

• Strong communication & influencing skill
