What is the job about?

Responsible for daily planning tasks in a Performance Unit and coordinate with relevant parties in the supply chain on issues concerning purchasing, delivery, and quality.

Your main responsibilities :

  • Issue purchase orders promptly and ensure orders are confirmed according to group’s established lead-time and shipments are arranged by suppliers on time and accurately.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to address issues which might impact on order fulfilment to customers and deliver effective solutions in the supply chain.

  • Optimize stock availability and perform necessary actions relating to inventory slow movers, stock obsolesce, product return,product recall or quality issues.

  • Monitor KPIs and work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure performance is on track to agreed targets.

  • Rectify invoice discrepancy and perform any other adhoc tasks being assigned.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • Min Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain with preferably 2-3 years working experience in production/material planning or manufacturing environment.

  • Proficient in English, in both verbal and written skill

  • SAP proficiency will be beneficial.
