Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Sales Director for Geared Motors in the ASEAN region will be responsible for driving the Innomotics geared motor business. Based in Jakarta, this role requires a deep technical background in geared motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment. The ideal candidate will have the skills to work seamlessly with end customers, OEMs, partners, and distributors to drive sales and market growth.

You’ll create impact by:

• Lead and drive the Innomotics geared motor business across the ASEAN region.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with end customers, OEMs, partners, and distributors.

• Collaborate with local teams in various ASEAN countries and coordinate closely with our headquarters in Germany.

• Identify market opportunities and develop action plans to capitalize on them.

• Provide regular feedback and market insights to the HQ to help shape product development and marketing strategies.

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and support.

You’d describe yourself as

• Strong technical background in geared motors, gearboxes, and rotating equipment.

• Proven experience in working with end customers, OEMs, partners, and distributors in a sales capacity.

• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams across cultural and geographical boundaries.

• Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as necessary.
