dsm-firmenich Sales Assistant (12 month contract) in Jakarta, Indonesia

In this dynamic environment, the Account Manager needs to develop new businesses, deliver incremental growth and profitability through strong and profitable relationships with customers, and effectively communicate and collaborate internally.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant is accountable for providing support in executing the daily tasks of the Account Manager. Additionally, the role entails ensuring the customers' satisfaction while working towards the growth of the business.

Your key responsibilities

• Support customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sample delivery for clients

• Prepare and organize client meetings and submissions

• Take care of day to day client requests

• Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction especially for delivery matters(ETA, Sample)

• File and maintain all commercial documents, including contracts and agreements

• Perform general administrative tasks

• Traveling back-up corresponding urgent requests from customers

• If delegated, help account managers for demand planning, budget, LE etc

• If delegated, manage account manager’s calendars, trips and expense

• If systems & tools superuser: be the regional or local expert of the system/tool functionalities and usage, as well as corresponding working

You bring

• Computer literacy and in depth mastering of DSM-Firmenich systems & tools: SAP, Sharepoint (and if delegated, pricing tool, demand planning, budget, LE)

• In depth knowledge and usage of sales working processes and rules

• Good understanding of the business and of the sales mission and roles

• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationship with clients (mainly back office)

• Team player, able to work with many different functions and people

• Adhering to the organization and a process to get work done consistently and thoroughly English and local language(Indonesian)

• 3-5 years of Sales & Marketing assistant experience (preferred)
