Hyatt Revenue Manager - Alila SCBD Jakarta in JAKARTA, Indonesia

Description:

As the Revenue Manager, you are responsible for maximizing overall hotel revenue through the development and implementation of effective transient and group inventory and pricing strategies based on future demand forecasts, current trends, and historical data. You will be a key member of the senior management team and closely involved in the strategic direction of the hotel.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

  • Degree in hospitality management or a related field

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role at an international chain hotel

  • Familiarity with hotel systems, specifically Fidelio and Opera

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, confidence, and the ability to be a great team player when required

  • Highly self-motivated, analytically detailed, and results-driven, with a proven history of these attributes

  • Excellent communication, relationship, and negotiation skills

  • Operates with an entrepreneurial spirit and prefers to lead rather than follow

  • Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (spoken and written)

  • Pre-opening experience would be considered a distinct advantage.
