ATI Business Group People Acquisition Officer in Jakarta, Indonesia

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Tech & Mass Hiring Recruiter to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of expertise in technical recruitment, as well as experience handling large-scale hiring for operations, customer service, and finance roles. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for both technical roles (e.g., software engineers, IT support, data analysts) and mass hiring roles (e.g., customer service representatives, finance associates, operations staff).

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective hiring plans.

  • Screen, assess, and interview candidates to ensure strong role and culture fit.

  • Coordinate and manage bulk hiring campaigns, assessment days, and recruitment events.

  • Work closely with HR and business leaders to optimize recruitment processes and reduce time-to-hire.

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline/database of tech talent for future hiring needs.

  • Utilize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and recruitment analytics to track metrics and improve hiring efficiency.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both tech and high-volume hiring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (CEFR C1)

  • Proven experience in both tech recruitment and mass hiring (minimum of 3 years preferred).

  • Strong ability to manage multiple requisitions across different functions and business units.

  • Experience in conducting competency-based interviews and technical screening.

  • Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
