Be a force for good with Nestlé Indonesia by playing the role as HR Specialist - Office Management Manager, you will be responsible to supports daily business through office management to ensure all employees could work and equipped by well-maintained facilities.

A day of life of….

Support and control all Maintenance & Repair related to day to day the office building & equipment’s :

  • Manage and monitor day to day office building conditions,

  • Manage vending machine include regular water test quality,

  • Manage and control mailing activities 3rd party messenger,

  • Manage air conditioning maintenance,

  • Manage and control meeting room instrumentation and execute and monitoring office project, (additional: manage expat house maintenance and repair request, pool car driver operation

Support and ensuring OHSAS document requirement are meet the requirement and valid,

  • Monitoring 3rd party activity contract (related to building)

What will make you successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on office administration and operations.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Proven ability to effectively manage and oversee office operations, including facilities management, vendor management, and budgeting.

  • Experience in developing and implementing office policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Proficiency in utilizing office management software and tools to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

  • In-depth understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team and foster a positive work environment.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex HR issues, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.
