ATI Business Group Helpdesk in Jakarta, Indonesia

ATI Business Group is looking for Helpdesk position. As a Helpdesk, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive assistance to our client customers, particularly regarding Virtual Credit Cards. Your responsibilities will include resolving password issues, managing access, and ensuring card validity, all aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and resolving inquiries promptly and effectively. Additionally, you will address problems of moderate scope related to Virtual Credit Cards, utilizing analytical skills and judgment to determine appropriate actions.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive helpdesk support to client customers, including resetting passwords, creating access, and extending card validity for Virtual Credit Cards.

  • Offer timely and effective solutions for any issues related to Virtual Credit Cards, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolution.

  • Address problems of moderate scope, requiring analysis of various factors and exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions.

  • Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and empathy while handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.

  • Preferred work experience in Airlines or Travel industries, providing valuable insights into customer needs and industry-specific challenges.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer service or related positions, showcasing proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Strong analytical skills, enabling you to assess situations and data effectively to provide appropriate solutions.

  • Highly valued for flexible availabilities, including the ability to work shifts covering days, nights, and public holidays.

  • Willingness to work at both Central Jakarta and BSD City locations.
