Alterra Academy is a leader in the edu-tech industry, dedicated to fostering the next generation of professionals. Graphic Design Mentor will guide mentee on how to leverage AI tools to enhance their graphic design skills, streamline workflows, and create impactful visual branding.

Responsibilities:

• Introduction to Graphic Design Using AI: Teach the fundamentals of graphic design and how AI can be used to optimize the design process.

• Exploring AI Tools for Graphic Design: Guide mentees through various AI tools that enhance design capabilities, focusing on their application in real-world scenarios.

• Using AI for Visual Branding: Show how AI can assist in creating cohesive and compelling visual branding elements, from logos to marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Min 2 years experience in graphic design, with expertise in AI-driven design tools.

• Provide hands-on training with the following tools:

• Canva AI

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator with AI

• Looka

• Strong understanding of visual branding principles and design fundamentals.

• Excellent communication and teaching skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts clearly.

• Prior experience in mentoring, coaching, or training individuals is preferred.
