Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for facilities management? We are seeking a Facilities Lead to join our team in Jakarta!

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of critical MEPF equipment and lead a talented technical team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team to ensure optimal operation of UPSs, generators, fire systems, and leak detection systems.

• Conduct daily huddles to facilitate effective shift handovers.

• Review BMS alarms and coordinate 52 weeks of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM).

• Manage vendor activities, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and timely quotations.

• Oversee reactive work orders, ensuring timely closure within SLA.

• Provide 24/7 offsite support for breakdowns and conduct periodic campus walk-throughs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in team management.

• Background in electrical engineering (ideal).

• Familiarity with MEP equipment.

• Previous experience in facilities management (preferred) and in the banking industry (preferred).

• Flexible to travel to other sites.

• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.
