ATI Business Group Call Center (Fluent in English) in Jakarta, Indonesia

Role of Purposes:

Call/Chat is a position within ATI Business Group to support one of our biggest clients based in Australia. This Position will report directly to the Team Leader or Senior Team Leader to that account. In general, this role will be responsible for Assisting Agents globally to manage Land Booking.

Responsibilities:

  • To resolve client issues related to Land booking as first resolution.

  • Assisting suppliers via phone lines

  • To manage the inquiry in a timely manner.

  • Support to escalate the higher inquiries to the respective key person.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Major

  • Fluent in English (Speaking, Listening, and Writing)

  • Have 1+ year working experience in Customer Service with English communication skill

  • Fresh graduates with advanced levels of English communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Willing to work in shifting mode (24/7) including public holidays.

  • Willing to work at Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang
