About the Role
Indonesia continues to be a key market in the continued growth of the Diageo business across APAC and with our continued growth in the region, we are now seeking to find a Commercial Effectiveness Manager who can continue to support our continued acceleration in the market.
This role reports into the National Sales Manager (Beer Category).
Role Responsibilities
Field Execution Management
Work closely with local distributor partners to identify sales or execution opportunities basis data-driven and field insights
Understand by region SWOT analysis and competitors' landscape in trade basis market visit insights
Partner with field sales to build Joined Up Business Planning process with key commercial accounts
Support the assignment of commercial target breakdown (volume and distribution) by cities and channels
Performance Analytics
Develop and analyze overall sales, market share, distribution, execution (EDGE), and sales productivity to commercial stakeholders
Establish and maintain performance dashboards and reports, providing regular updates and insights to the integrated business planning process
Build and Implement
Build, implement, and contribute to activity planning and budgeting processes used within the commercial
Proactively monitor and maintain high level of M&E process across all commercial activities such as outlet contracts and trade activations
Role Requirements & Qualifications
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the FMCG or relevant sectors preferably with field sales experience
Proven Track Record to drive actions and insights utilizing data ideally in MS PowerPoint and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills and effectively bilingual
Willingness to travel for local distributor / market visit which is a key responsibility of this role
