Citigroup Wealth Solutions Advisory Manager - C12 in Jacksonville, Florida

The Wealth Solutions Advisory Manager provides full leadership and supervisory responsibility. Provides operational/service leadership and direction to team(s). Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge through provision of value-added perspectives or advisory services. May contribute to the development of new techniques, models and plans within area of expertise. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required.

Accountable for volume, quality, timeliness of end results fo an area that includes Household Acquisition, client satisfaction measured in Net Promoter Score, increase of Assets under Management, recruiting and building a diverse and successful sales force dedicated to the affluent Client Segment, financial planning results, and adherence to all regulatory rules and guideless for compliance and risk management. Work affects an entire area, which eventually affects the overall performance and effectiveness of the sub-function/job family. Full supervisory responsibility, ensuring motivation and development of team through professional leadership to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations as well as direction of daily tasks and responsibilities. The Wealth Solutions Advisory Manager will be responsible for insuring firm initiatives and goals are being met and a strategy that builds on Citi and the franchise in National Investment Center.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for all Wealth Solutions Advisors in National Investment Center with direct managerial oversight of the Advisors.

  • Lead Wealth Solutions Advisor teams to achieve business objectives according to the pre-determined goals including sales and revenue growth.

  • Monitor daily sales, service, operation and credit to ensure that all sales and operations activities are with high level of performance standards as well as in compliance to internal policies, guidelines and also regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee control and compliance with defined operational policies & procedures, and ensure appropriate sales practices are maintained at all times.

  • Supervise and motivate sales force on sales activities and performance.

  • Provide training, coaching and support to ensure that staff deliver sales and service in an effective manner.

  • Remain current on the market and client. Support new product launch and development / implementation of marketing programs.

  • Fulfilling the clients’ necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience

  • Robust investment and insurance Sales & Managerial experience

  • Recruiting success demonstrated in Financial Sales teams with prior investment/insurance sales management required

  • Required FINRA Licenses: SIE, Series 7, Series 9 & 10, Series 66

  • Group 1 Insurance required

  • Good knowledge of the responsible products

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Positive mindset with demonstrated people management skills and ability to motivate high performance sales teams

  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and undertake sales deliverables challenges

  • Analytical and detail oriented

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Wage Range: $96,000 - $98,000
