Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group Kelly OCG , a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a R&D Scientist for a long-term engagement at one of our Global medical device clients in Jacksonville, Florida. This role is a full-time, fully benefited position. As a Kelly OCG employee, you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time.

Schedule : On-site Monday through Friday

Day shift

Until the end of the year with likely renewal through 2025

Responsibilities :

• Perform oxygen permeability Dk testing to support product development.

• Assist with API and solutions testing, IOL intermediate testing, pervaporation studies, and surface roughness analysis. Support testing for clinical studies and line qualifications.

• Ensure compliance with Good Documentation Practices GDP and other GxP Good Practice requirements.

• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all testing processes and results.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data and insights that inform product development and optimization

Qualifications

• BS Degree Chemistry, or Engineering

• With a year of experience or undergrad research

• Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices GDP and other GxP requirements.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork
