Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $25 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician:

  • The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the production systems and equipment in a safe, efficient, and reliable manner.

  • This includes troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

  • The technician will also be responsible for preventive maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning and adjusting of equipment as well as working with vendors to ensure timely delivery of parts. 

  • Repair and maintenance of industrial production equipment.

  • Including but not limited to: Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatics, Hydraulics

  • Grasp mechanical understanding and concepts.

  • Strong troubleshooting skills.

  • Understanding of AC/DC drives, HMI's, starters, contactors, relays, servos and VFDs.

  • Understands preventative maintenance.

  • Maintains strict adherence to safety rules and regulations.

  • How to research a subject and apply it safely and efficiently

  • The position is in the factory and involves walking, standing for long periods of time throughout the day.

  • It requires being able to lift up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 75 pounds.

  • Involve continuous or repetitive arm-hand movements while operating a machine.

  • Stooping/bending/twisting is required on a regular basis.

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Three (3) years or more of maintenance experience in an industrial environment.

  • Experience in troubleshooting, repairing, installing and maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, and/or electrical equipment.

  • Experience reading technical drawings, electrical, hydraulic & pneumatic schematics.

  • Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.

  • Willing and able to work in a loud/noisy, hot, humid, and greasy environment.
