Opportunity for Above Restaurant Management Position upon Proven Performance
LGS Group of Dunkin is seeking polite, honest and hardworking restaurant managers who will drive our high-volume Dunkin's. Managers will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.
Basic Requirement

Compliance - with brand, local, state & federal regulations
Routine Tasks - banking, scheduling, inventory management, people management, waste elimination, keeping store neat & clean
What Are We Looking For?
A polite human being with a servant leadership mindset, who believes in team work by initiating and guiding the team to the goals, who doesn't afraid to manage the critical situation with a stable mind, who is honest and transparent in the financial matters, who can adapt the company culture and implement to the fellow team members.
Management experience in the restaurant is preferable but willing to adapt the company culture which promotes politeness, integrity, hard-work and honesty.
open minded to learn and adapt the company culture
financial literacy to manage high volume quick service restaurant
clear management concept about food cost, payroll, inventory, waste elimination, profit and loss distribution
ability to work a flexible schedule of evenings, weekends and holidays
