Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be part of the maintenance team supporting production and engineering. The ideal candidate will have heavy machienary, CMMS and 5 plus years of leadership experience which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Manager

Location: Jacksonville, FL

Pay Range: 95,000 - 105,000

What’s the Job?

• Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in setting up, installing, repairing, and maintaining machinery and equipment.

• Oversees job performance and quality of work performed in a multi-craft environment involved in all facets of the technical field.

• Trains employees regarding procedures and safety.

• Manages the Maintenance Department by supervising daily work and schedules as well as capital projects and CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

• Provides technical support and training to maintenance and manufacturing personnel at other facilities in the Concrete Products Business Unit.

What’s Needed?

• Broad technical training (high school plus 1 to 3 years apprenticeship/applied trades training or 2-year Associate Degree).

• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and techniques

• Management developmental training desired.

• Specific work-related experience in all facets of the technical field, industrial electrical (3-phase), controls and devices, mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics, mathematics, all shop and hand tool usage, to include welding, machining and cutting.

• Organizational experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) preferred.
