Description

We are looking for a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. The position will have frequent interactions with our Advertising and Web Development departments as well as our Digital Sales team to maintain compliance with company quality assurance standards across all digital platforms. It is the expectation of the Digital Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure that all campaigns and websites are reviewed timely, accurately, and concisely at all times. This position is a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Review all forms and project documentation including client specifications, technical briefs, designs, targeting, copywriting.

• Oversee inspection and testing of outgoing projects to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables.

• Work closely with Digital to establish software integrations, tracking/pixel set-ups, and access to client’s platforms.

• Work closely with Ad Operations to verify campaign accuracy including targeting, creative assets, copywriting, and URLs across paid advertising platforms. Analyze issues found within campaigns and work to resolve these with team members.

• Work closely with Web Operations to verify site viability in relation to technical briefs and designs. Analyze and investigate issues found within the site and work to resolve these with relevant team members.

• Support cross-departmental projects and overall division projects when required.

• Constantly identify opportunities to improve internal processes and product quality.

• Review and report on client campaigns and websites as needed to support the digital operations division.

• Maintain proficiency in the ever-changing landscape of digital user tracking (cookie depreciation, operating system updates/changes)

• Any adhoc requirements of management.

• Google Adwords and The Trade Desk

• Social media advertising platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)

• Social media pixel management (tag creation, implementation, trigger/event setup)

• Google Tag Manager

• Google Analytics

• Trello project management software

• Google Data Studios

• WordPress/X
