Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Controller to join the team of one of our healthcare clients in Jacksonville, Fl. The ideal candidate will bring their leadership skills and industry knowledge to help manage and expand a new team. This individual will work directly with senior management to bring analytical thinking to the financial management of the company. The Controller will be responsible for managing the companys accounting, financial reporting, treasury, M&A integration, and taxation by developing internal controls to safeguard assets and comply with regulatory requirements.

Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

- 7-10 years of experience within the Accounting/Finance field

- 3+ years of experience as a Controller

- Strong knowledge of GAAP standards

- Proficient with financial software

- Familiarity with ERP systems

- Experience managing month-end and year-end closes

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field. - Healthcare experience

- Familiarity with private equity backed companies

- CPA null
