A highly motivated and customer service oriented General Ledger Accountant who can work well in a team atmosphere. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years\' experience working in accounting and preferably be Certified Public Accounting (CPA). Qualified candidates must be able to prepare and post journal entries, cash disbursements, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, prepare monthly annual financial statements and prepare balance sheet reconciliation and monthly schedules. This is a full-time position is based out of our Jackson, WI facility with core hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm Mon- Fri. What you will be doing: You will be responsible for all aspects of month-end closing. The GL Accountant ensures completeness and accuracy of financial statements and related accounting activities. Duties may include but are not limited to preparing and posting journal entries, cash disbursements, cash receipts, bank reconciliations, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, balance sheet reconciliation and monthly schedules.
