Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical manufacturing equipment. The role includes working in a production facility with fabrication machinery, machining, punch, and laser equipment, and a water treatment plant.
Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems ranging from 110v to 480v, including 12 and 24v panels and wiring.
Perform basic PLC troubleshooting.
Conduct mechanical repairs on hydraulics, pneumatics, transfer conveyors, thermal ovens, and machining centers.
Carry out preventative maintenance tasks such as oiling, greasing machinery, and inspections.
Move machines, perform fabrication, welding, and general maintenance tasks.
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with a strong preference for 5+ years.
Experience with older machinery troubleshooting.
High school diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with punch or brake press, vertical machining, and PLC ladder logic troubleshooting and minor editing.
Knowledge of induction welding is a bonus.

Work Environment
The work environment includes a 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and a 3rd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Overtime may be required, with 2nd shift working every other Saturday and 3rd shift on Friday nights. Average hours worked are currently 50-55 hours, with efforts to reduce this as additional positions are filled. Sundays and any hours over 60 per week are paid at double-time rates. The team will be small, requiring independent work. Uniforms are offered and provided by a uniform company, or employees may wear their own work clothes, including jeans or work pants, short-sleeved shirts, and steel-toe boots.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.
