Job Title: Maintenance Technician Lead (2nd Shift)

Job Description

Support the manufacturing areas with a plant focus on minimizing downtime, increasing productivity, and maintaining the overall production system and company policies/procedures. This role involves supporting maintenance activities on all production equipment, facilities, and utility systems to provide a reliable production platform. Tasks include performing predictive and preventive maintenance, general building maintenance, overseeing machines in various production areas, and managing machine uptime/downtime. Additionally, the role supports Kaizen and other related activities and involves various maintenance responsibilities across a broad range of technical skills.

• Electrical, electronics, fabrication, hydraulics, injection molding, mechanical drives, pneumatics, robotics, stamping, welding, assembly and conveyor systems, PLC troubleshooting, industrial electrical schematics reading, servo motion understanding, complex equipment assembly

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Environment

2nd shift hours are Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, with potential overtime or weekend work. The environment includes a temperature-controlled manufacturing facility. Uniforms provided include steel-toe shoes, long-sleeve shirts, long pants, and optional ball caps. Safety glasses must be worn at all times on the plant floor.
