This is a job for a Salesforce Engineer, Enterprise Applications position with the company located in Jackson, MS area.

Job Summary:

As a Salesforce Engineer on the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a key role in the execution of our Enterprise Applications strategy that directly impacts internal business operations. 

Responsibilities:

Design and develop enterprise-grade Salesforce applications. Build and optimize declarative systems (flows, layouts, apps, etc.) in Salesforce and recommend programmatic solutions when necessary. Build and implement integrations using iPaas solutions as well as custom SOAP/REST APIs. Implement robust change management practices, including managing deployment schedules, conducting thorough testing, and maintaining detailed documentation. Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and customer support to develop solutions that address a broad range of operational needs. Develop and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of Salesforce solutions and identify areas for improvement. Ensure data governance and compliance with industry regulations through proper Salesforce configuration and security settings. Leverage AI technologies to enhance existing solutions and explore innovative uses of AI for business systems to drive productivity. Adhere to technical standards and scalability. Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce, AI and business systems advancements and technology trends, continuously evolving your skillset and sharing knowledge with the team.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Salesforce developer, with a proven track record of building complex enterprise applications. Salesforce certified, ideally in multiple domains including Developer I and II. Extensive expertise in Salesforce architecture, including data models, security, scalability, and performance optimization. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud, along with relevant hands-on experience. Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL and evolving technical capabilities of the Salesforce platform.  Experience with SOAP/REST API development and integration using iPaas solutions. Working experience at a fast-growing SaaS company. Experience scaling with a function at a remote-first company. Experience working in an Agile delivery environment for a SaaS company.
