Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Iterate OCI’s business resilience frameworks, including continuity of operations, crisis management, emergency response, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Lead and facilitate business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical functions, recovery dependencies, and recovery objectives (RTO/RPO).
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and manage risk mitigation strategies for OCI operations, including data center build and operations.
• Develop, implement, and operate risk governance frameworks to address business, security, privacy, and resiliency risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to build and maintain recovery strategies aligned with service continuity goals.
• Conduct resilience training, scenario-based tabletop exercises, and after-action reviews.
• Coordinate technical disaster recovery testing and after-action reviews.
• Act as a crisis response lead for incidents impacting business continuity, crisis management, and customer-facing operations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams within OCI as well as other Oracle lines of business, including but not limited to Environmental Health & Safety, Physical Security, and Risk teams to drive coordinated contingency plans.
• Track, report, and improve resilience metrics, readiness maturity, and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audit and compliance efforts (e.g., ISO 22301, SOC 2, NIST).
• Contribute to OCI’s broader risk management and incident readiness culture.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in business resilience, business continuity, emergency management, disaster recovery, or related risk disciplines.
• Experience working in cloud or large-scale infrastructure environments is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of industry frameworks and best practices (e.g., ISO 22301, NFPA 1600, FEMA NIMS/ICS, DRII, BCI).
• Ability to work across cross-functional teams and complex global operations.
• Strong project management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with resilience planning tools, documentation systems, and risk dashboards.
• Familiarity with safety & emergency protocols, including emergency notification systems and incident command structures.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Risk Management, Business Continuity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CBCP, MBCP, CEM, PMP, or similar are a plus.
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams, especially in cloud/technology operations.

Responsibilities
We are seeking a Resilience Program Manager to drive and operationalize a comprehensive resilience strategy across OCI’s business units and critical cloud operations. This role will focus on business continuity planning (BCP), disaster recovery (DR), crisis management, and emergency response coordination, with the goal of enhancing operational resilience and minimizing disruption during adverse events. As a key contributor within the OCI Global Resilience & Crisis Management team, you will partner across operations, engineering, health & safety, security, risk, and compliance to ensure OCI’s readiness to respond and recover effectively from incidents impacting business operations, infrastructure, and customer delivery.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97,500 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
