The Role at a Glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, skilled human resources coordinator to our team located in Jackson, MS. As the human resources coordinator, you will have the opportunity to provide administrative HR support with the goal of fostering a healthy, efficient, and positive workplace by ensuring that all administrative HR processes/procedures are executed seamlessly.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing level one employee relations support for Operations Leaders across our segments.

• Supporting reporting, projects, programs, and initiatives designed by Corporate HR.

• Seeking ways to improve and document HR processes, transactions, and outcomes.

• Maintaining open communication channels with hourly employees to resolve pay related issues.

What we’re looking for:

Must-haves:

• At least two to four years of HR experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially in Excel.

• Ability to travel.

Nice-to-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Experience in, or extensive knowledge of, foodservice and hospitality.
