This position is for Executive Director, SAT Digital Product Management, Remote, with a company located in Jackson, MS.  

Summary: As the Director or Senior Director of Digital Product Management you will launch and manage a new digital platform for connecting millions of high school students to college and career opportunities. As a Director/Senior Director, you will envision and develop a set of new digital products that will be used by millions of high school students around the world and that are aligned with our overall strategy to connect students and colleges in new ways that advance access and opportunity for students. You will be responsible for building out a cross-functional team including product, design, content/copy, and technology; managing the design, launch and implementation of a multi-faceted set of digital product(s).

Duties and Responsibilities Include: Product Strategy and Development: Create a strategy for a set of digital products that will have wide global reach and usage with high school students. Work with our Strategy and Brand Experience teams to develop and evaluate product ideas and bring high level concepts into product prototypes. Finalize and make key design choices consistent with program vision and principles. Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to determine initial and ongoing piloting, outreach and adoption strategy. Product Management : Ensure program strategy is closely linked to product development roadmaps and leverage the digital products as a key tactic to deliver on program vision. Manage pilots to inform whether and how we scale product. Work with our Technology and Brand Experience teams to develop and execute hiring/staffing plan for product(s). Work with our Technology team to make key design choices and technical requirements, and ensure that development roadmap stays on track.

Requirements and Qualifications Include: 5+ years of combined experience in analytical, strategic, product development and product management roles. A demonstrated track record of leading a medium to large-scale 'program' from conception through completion, demonstrating multi-functional skills to make it successful. Thorough understanding of digital products including development processes, emerging technologies, go-to-market strategies, partnership integrations, etc. A commitment to expanding educational opportunity. An entrepreneurial with exceptional ability to build relationships and lead through indirect influence to get things done quickly. A comfortable dealing with uncertainty and able to make decisive calls with limited information. A compelling speaking ability that can inspire others to action. Strong people management skills with experience working cross-functionally.
