Duties & Responsibilities:

Serve in a variety of Incident Command System (ICS) roles based on skills and experience in support of response and recovery operations. Coordinate with a team of emergency management professionals to develop and implement mission objectives. Ability to travel (on short notice and/or for extended periods) work in an EOC or field environment (remote areas) when necessary. Use effective written and verbal communications to develop products to include incident action plans, situation reports, incident maps, and other plans, policies, and procedures. Work with a team to deploy and track resources in support of logistics operations. Other activities as directed by the client or project management team

Requirements

: Five (5) or more years of professional emergency management or emergency response experience. Commanding knowledge of National Incident Management System (NIMS) and how to execute assigned roles within the Incident Command System (ICS). Superior written and oral communication skills. Past mobilizations responding to disasters.
