The Rubbish Removal is responsible for collecting, sorting, and properly disposing of all waste on a construction site. The job may also include assisting in general labor tasks and maintaining a clean work environment.Key Responsibilities:1. Collect and sort all site-generated rubbish and debris, including construction materials, packaging, and scrap materials.2. Transport and dispose of rubbish according to company policy and local regulations.3. Maintain and secure designated rubbish areas in a clean and organized manner.4. Assist in general labor tasks, including but not limited to carrying, loading, and unloading materials as needed.5. Communicate regularly with site managers and team members to ensure timely rubbish removal.6. Notify supervisor of any hazardous materials or potential safety hazards.7. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.8. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with team members and contractors.9. Attend training and meetings as required.Qualifications:1. Previous experience in commercial or construction rubbish removal preferred.2. Knowledge of proper disposal methods and safety protocols.3. Ability to follow written and oral instructions and work independently.4. Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills.5. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.7. Safety-conscious and able to identify potential hazards.8. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.Working Conditions:The Rubbish Removal will work primarily on a construction site, which may involve exposure to loud noises, dust, and other construction-related hazards. The job may also require working outdoors in various weather conditions.Physical Requirements:1. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods.2. Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.3. Vision and hearing within normal ranges with corrective measures if necessary.4.
