Are you an HR leader ready to drive growth and build a winning culture? To support this dynamic growth, they are seeking an exceptional Senior HR Manager to join their leadership team.

As the Senior HR Manager, you will oversee all human resources functions across three key business segments. This hands-on role demands a strategic yet practical thinker with outstanding operational execution skills. You will develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives, foster a positive employee culture, and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead HR activities including recruitment, performance management, training and development, employee relations, and compensation and benefits.

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business plans.

  • Oversee talent acquisition to ensure qualified hires meet company needs.

  • Design and implement performance management systems to drive goal achievement.

  • Create and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving conflicts effectively.

  • Administer compensation and benefits while ensuring policy and legal compliance.

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local labor laws.

  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Build strong team relationships to foster a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing diverse HR activities and strategic initiatives.

  • Success in leading cultural change within a manufacturing environment.

  • Hands-on recruitment experience, including digital platforms and contingent recruiters.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving to optimize HR processes.

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing setting.

  • Experience in coaching in performance management.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

  • PHR or SPHR certification is advantageous.

  • Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS systems.

  • Working knowledge of payroll systems (Paycom) and ERP systems (NetSuite) preferred.
