The Team

The PVH Southeast Hub is one of the most dynamic Hub organizations within PVH. We are responsible for developing the PVH brands (Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein) in the emerging markets such as Italy, Turkey, Greece, Middle East, Africa, and the CIS region. While covering a massive area counting 45+ countries, our hub is extremely diverse (25+ nationalities) and has strong potential. We are ambitious and committed to unlocking our full potential and to optimize the positioning of PVH in our markets.

The Position

As we grow and expand in Store Openings, projects and people, we are looking for a first-class, resourceful, passionate and proactive Talent Acquisition Partner to join our HR Team in Istanbul, who will support us in identify and hire high caliber talent for job openings across Turkey for our brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.

  • Manage the end-to end recruitment process, including profile definition, talent sourcing, assessment, selection and reference checks

  • Partnering with and supporting hiring managers and offer process management

  • Leverage creative sourcing strategies and referral networks to build an ongoing pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates

  • Track hiring metrics, finding opportunities to optimize workflow, selection efficacy and ensure a positive candidate experience

  • Foster partnerships with strategic academic/technical institutions to:

  • identify innovative recruitment and employer branding opportunities

  • participate at career fairs/organise company presentations

  • facilitate in the design and coordination of training programs to create candidate pipeline for hard-to-find skills/profiles

  • Participate to HR events (job fairs, career days, in-house recruitment events)

  • Be an Ambassador of PVH culture, vision & mission

The Ideal Candidate

  • Ideally Master in Human Resources Management or related fields

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a Talent Acquisition role, preferably in multinational and structured companies with focus on Retail

  • Familiar with social media recruiting

  • Strong execution capability, able to prioritize, devise action plans, drive collaboration and build stakeholder trust and relationship

  • Confident in discussing KPIs, spot opportunities and provide recommendation for action

  • Fluent in English, both writing and speaking

  • Problem solving, result oriented with the ability and confidence to create structure and collaborate in a continuously evolving environment

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence at all levels in an organization

  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment

  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and continuous process improvement
