Job Description Summary

Directly managing distributors and indirect sales channel in a specific sales region. Train and develop distributors to optimize effectiveness and increase service sales revenue.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive organic growth in the assigned countries.

  • Cultivating and leveraging customer and distributor relationships at the multiple levels within customers

  • Deploying resources to meet financial / operating objectives including revenue and contribution margin.

  • Development of long-term distributor and customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.

  • As a member of regional leadership team ensuring seamless teamwork with service field engineers and other channels to provide total customer satisfaction and manage strategic relationships

  • Presents and sells service contracts and parts to maximize capture rate.

  • Identifies new prospects across all modalities and feeds to appropriate Service/Sales Team members.

  • Utilize Service Sales force in his/her zone for customer accounts.

  • Identifies business opportunities to increase share and maximize service sales revenues.

  • Responsible for revenue for all indirect service segments.

  • Act as Product Service Sales Specialists for Ultrasound and Patient Care Solutions for Turkey.

  • Proactively works with Ultrasound and Patient Care Solution Region Modality Leaders to implement company strategies.

  • Promotes and sells Service Imaging, Ultrasound and Patient Care Solution contracts and spare parts.

  • Follows up on contracts and parts with the Business Operations Teams

  • Provides inputs to Region Service Sales and Service Marketing Manager to increase strategies efficiency.

EHS Specific Goals:

  • Comply with the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Policies and applicable laws and regulations.

  • Complete all mandatory EHS training. Actively participate in accident & incident investigation and follow up.

  • Ensure a clean, clear workplace and participate in EHS inspections. Identify and correct hazards and unsafe conditions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

  • 7 years of strategic sales experience.

  • Experience in healthcare industry.

  • Experience in distributor and account management and sales project planning skills.

  • Strong influencing, interpersonal and networking skills to drive collaborative culture at all levels.

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

  • Proven track record on relationship building skills.

  • High level presentation skills to be able to present ideas to customers and distributor.

  • Fluent in English language.

Desired Characteristics

  • Master’s degree preferred.

  • Experience closing large, complex, strategic deals.

  • Deep knowledge of GE HealthCare and the products and services offered.
