Job Description
In this role you will:
Develop and implement integrated communications / PR strategies and plans that generate earned awareness and advocacy for Baby Care and Fem Care brands.
Lead social engagement strategies, produce compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of the brands.
Manage the work and capabilities of Brand Public Relations agencies.
Develop and execute credentialing strategy including holistic communication.
Own the relationship with key business partners like health care professionals, and develop plans to integrate them into Baby an Fem Care brands plans including earned & owned media.
Develop deep knowledge of relevant stakeholders for both product categories, create networks, and build long term positive relationships.
Anticipate crisis and issues, leads scenario planning and contingency planning, influences business strategy and encourages prudent risk taking
Lead issues to resolution with tailored messaging and appropriate communication plans, guides the business towards informed and timely decisions to minimize impact and protect brand reputation.
Job Qualifications
Graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Politics, Journalism or any related field
Passionate about Communications & Marketing
Very good oral & written communications skills in both Turkish and English
You have a sense of leadership and a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.
You demonstrate agility, ingeniosity and creativity.
You have a strong capacity for analysis and critical thinking.
