Job Description

In this role you will:

• Develop and implement integrated communications / PR strategies and plans that generate earned awareness and advocacy for Baby Care and Fem Care brands.

• Lead social engagement strategies, produce compelling content that influences opinion and drives action in support of the brands.

• Manage the work and capabilities of Brand Public Relations agencies.

• Develop and execute credentialing strategy including holistic communication.

• Own the relationship with key business partners like health care professionals, and develop plans to integrate them into Baby an Fem Care brands plans including earned & owned media.

• Develop deep knowledge of relevant stakeholders for both product categories, create networks, and build long term positive relationships.

• Anticipate crisis and issues, leads scenario planning and contingency planning, influences business strategy and encourages prudent risk taking

• Lead issues to resolution with tailored messaging and appropriate communication plans, guides the business towards informed and timely decisions to minimize impact and protect brand reputation.

Job Qualifications

• Graduate of a program in Marketing, Communications, Politics, Journalism or any related field

• Passionate about Communications & Marketing

• Very good oral & written communications skills in both Turkish and English

• You have a sense of leadership and a strong determination to get things done to achieve your goals.

• You demonstrate agility, ingeniosity and creativity.

• You have a strong capacity for analysis and critical thinking.
