Eaton provides power management solutions including uninterruptable power supplies (UPS’s), surge protective devices, power distribution units (PDU’s), remote monitoring,Rack Enclosures, software, Automation&Drives, and services. We are looking for a Field Service Engineer based in Istanbul, to install, test, commission and repair service for Eaton products and systems.

What you’ll do:

  • Performing your duties with a high regard and awareness for safe working practices and compliance to EHS protocols.

  • Install and maintain critical power equipment and perform in-house and on-site repairs as required in accordance with service and maintenance agreements

  • Carrying out site inspection, commissioning, and testing of critical power systems including, creating, modifying of all documentation and reports, especially for UPS's

  • Provide technical assistance/support and training to Technical Staff, Service Contractors and customers where required"

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineer or equivalent similar technical degree

  • 1-3 years of experience in Field Services

  • Knowledge electrical, electronic and automation products (specifically UPS's - Uninterruptable Power Supply)

  • Good at English

Skills:

  • Knowledge on and ability of reading with comprehension electrical systems and wiring diagrams,

  • Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, AutoCAD,

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Proven experience writing reports

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, plan, follow up and work autonomously

  • Time Management, Rugosity, Autonomy, Customer Care, Task orientation, Team player
