We are currently looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in Istanbul.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following.

• Providing high-level service to both internal and external customers to reach maximum customer satisfaction levels,

• Handling customer requests through SalesForce and responding to cases in line with KPI's,

• Creating orders in SAP and planning deliveries in collaboration with the sales team,

• Communicating regularly with the sales team and fulfillment team to improve delivery and stock performance,

• Managing data quality in SAP and CRM systems and preparing regular reports to the Customer Service Center Manager

• Enthusiastically takes responsibility for business goals that may affect the outcome.

• Sales process improvements (order mng, delivery, invoicing...etc)

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar field,

• 3-5 years experience in a similar position,

• Experience in SAP is a must,

• Ability to adapt ERP and CRM systems and new IT tools,

• A good team player with a customer-focused mindset,

• Ability to influence others with great communication skills,

• Proactively contributes to defining own objects based on input from the manager,

• Meets the deadline on time,

• Proficient in MS Office applications,

• Native in Turkish, fluent in English,

• No military obligation.
